Very good read. It's a compilation of articles previously published in HBR. If you're a mid-manager or higher looking to build a better decision-making framework, this book will help you.
I actually bought book to familiarize myself with management processes for an upcoming assignment. The text is a touch dry for my taste, but that's probably just my non-expertise in the subject matter. Overall, the text is very informative and probably best for anyone who has a need to study/review/otherwise think about how business owners and managers "make smart decisions."
